Program description
Recapture, a product of Pith Strategies LLC, provides a missed-call text-back and AI SMS “front desk” service on behalf of local businesses (each, a “Business”). When you call a Business that uses Recapture and your call is not answered, the Business may send you an automated text message so it can follow up, answer your questions, and help you book. This is a conversational, customer-care messaging program — you are messaging the Business you contacted.
How you opt in (consent)
By calling a Business that uses Recapture, and/or by replying to a text message from that Business, you consent to receive automated and conversational text messages from or on behalf of that Business at the mobile number you used. You are not required to consent as a condition of any purchase. Messages are sent in response to your inquiry.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with the Business.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Recapture and the Business are not responsible for charges from your carrier.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive text messages. To resume, reply START.
Help — reply HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@recapturecalls.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
